As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) Ready Aim Organize upholds the highest level of ethical standards - honoring you and your confidentiality throughout the entire organizing process. In 2010, Ready Aim Organize joined the Institute of Challenging Disorganization (ICD) to learn, develop and share additional organizing techniques and solutions. Both NAPO and ICD are leading organizations within the organizing and productivity industry and enhance the ability of Ready Aim Organize to serve its clients.

Theresa Finnigin, Organizer

Theresa Finnigin started Ready Aim Organize in 2009 but knew many years ago that this was her life's passion. She has been organizing her entire life and is now sharing her ideas and talents with others.

Theresa graduated with dual bachelor degrees in Marketing and Operations Management. These two degrees are the ideal complement to being an organizer - combining the creativity and leadership of a Marketer and the logistics and planning of an Operations Manager. After earning her MBA from the University of Dayton in Ohio she worked as a Marketing Manager. Theresa managed everything from events to people to products to processes.

Since starting Ready Aim Organize, she has relocated the company twice from Maryland to Illinois to California. Throughout these moves, she not only has become an expert packer and unpacker but she continues to grow the business by working with clients on- and off-line. In addition to organizing, Theresa has developed relationships with 3M, TF Publishing, and other companies to bring organizing information to the masses!
